Falling in love can be like weathering a storm.

Tempest doesn’t trust men. Like, not at all—and with good reason. So this is new territory for her. Then again, she’s never known a man like Maddox, who simply laughs off her attempts to ignore him. When she finally gives in and her trust is violated, things get stormy fast.

Maddox’s career as a Silicon Valley angel investor has earned him over a billion dollars and made him famous. When he meets Tempest, though, he quickly has his beliefs about risk versus reward severely tested.

Grab your raincoat and umbrella, ’cause shit’s about to get real.

It’s time to get drunk on love!

My Review

His Hurricane is just like it’s title.  A hurricane full speed ahead love affair with a hot-tempered virgin named Tempest.  Tempest is not your ordinary waitress at the Little Black Dress night club in Vegas.  She is tough as nails, take no prisoners kind of girl.  But can she stick to her guns when she crosses paths with billionaire tech guru Maddox.

Maddox knows what he wants and bets he can get it.  He is a love em’ and leave em’ kind of guy.  But when he meets his match with the tattooed dark hair beauty, he realizes things are not going to plan.  Can he convince her to trust him?

I loved this story.  The characters are tough as nails and have the attitude to go with it.  A little heat mixed with a a whole lot of sass makes this book a fun read.  Keep in mind this is a short story so the end game comes quick.  Boy oh boy does it have an awesome end game. 😉  So get ready for some excitement and pick up this installment of the Cocktail Girls.
