That’s why I’m filthy rich instead of a family man.
I always reckoned falling in love was a choice.
Until her. She’s a demure young waitress who draws me in tight.
And then walks away just as things get hot.
I’m the one who gives girls the shaft–all of it–not the other way around.
I always rise to a challenge.
Even if that challenge is a girl who runs from men like me.
Especially if she’s holding on to her virginity for no good reason.
I’ll break her in and have her begging for more.
It’s just a matter of time.
This was your classic Cinderella type story, except it is not PG. 😉 In The Cinderella story you have a waitress from the New York named Chrystal. Crystal is a twenty-one year old virgin. She is waiting for Mr. Right, not Mr. Right Now as her bff Maddy says she needs.
One day during her shift at the diner a hot couple walks in and sits at her table. The couple is arguing. Maddy gets all excited. “Oh my God, Crystal, do you know who that is? That’s Knox Lockwood. Seriously. Knox. Lockwood.” Of course Crystal doesn’t have a clue who that it. So of course Maddy let’s her know. “Oh, only the most eligible bachelor in three counties,”
When the argument gets out of hand a the woman with Knox storms away he doesn’t know what to do. She was supposed to be his date to a charity function that eve. When the hot waitress inquired if he needs anything else, a lightbulb goes off. Now if he can just convince this waitress to be his date.
This story was a fun and exciting read with hot steamy parts. It is a fast paced story of a whirlwind romance. The characters are fun and interesting. This book will grab your attention and hold you captive. Though it is a quick read, it is highly entertaining. I wish it were a little bit longer, but overall a wonderful read.

She loves strong, sexy men who smoke cigars, drink cognac, and know how to treat a lady… especially when she’s been naughty. Lighting a candle and burning some jasmine incense helps her get in the mood… for the next book.
Virginia writes the kind of stories she enjoys reading — steamy romances that always end with happily-ever-afters. She loves making an accomplished alpha fall hard for his perfect match, and thinks it’s delicious when he must work to win over her heart, while also making her knees go weak and leaving her breathless in all the right ways.
